What is Coaching?

Through a strong partnership, coaching can help you achieve real balance and personal fulfilment. It does this through asking you questions to make you think at a deeper level, as well as giving you the space to reflect and gain real insights. Coaching focuses you on what you want, what energises you and what motivates you. Ultimately, this challenges you to think bigger, and supports you to become the very best that you can be.

The most important aspect of any coaching relationship is establishing connection and trust.

You will need to  make the space and time to focus on what it is you want and how to get it, and I’ll  match that investment by providing you with a confidential safe environment, a huge amount of  support, encouragement  and  a positive sounding board.

How it Works

Coaching sessions will normally take place over the phone. Many clients find that this is the most convenient approach, as it allows you to talk at a time, and from a location, that suits you and therefore allows you to fit your coaching more easily into your life.

Typically we will have fortnightly coaching sessions, with each session lasting 50 minutes. During your free consultation call, however, we can discuss and agree the best options for you based on what you are looking to achieve.

In between the sessions I also offer unlimited email contact, and if required, brief phone calls to discuss key developments, or new challenges as they arise.
